- In the case of quality or taste discrepancy, the remaining wines can be returned within 90 days of purchase, and the customers will receive credit in loyalty reward points, which can be used in future orders.
- All returns need to be made within four weeks of receiving return labels. However, no returns can be processed for Marketplace and Mystery wines
