- RideAustin will refund the riders if the fare charged is incorrect, or the driver takes a significantly inefficient route.
- The ride must be cancelled within 5 minutes of making the booking, and the riders must reach out to the Customer Support team to process the refund.
- If a rider is charged twice for the same ride, the rider can request for a refund.
- No refund will be provided if a rider violates the company's policies or if the ride was not taken due to significant rider faults such as entering the wrong pickup address, being unresponsive, or cancelling the ride after the driver accepts the ride request.
