Passport Shipping Policy

The Shipping Policy states that all US domestic orders will be shipped via UPS Ground or USPS. However, the shipping service cannot ship items to PO Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses. It may take 24-48 hours for an order to be processed and 1-5 days for it to be shipped. Orders placed on weekends will be shipped on the following business day. USPS orders must be placed before 9 am Pacific Time / 11 am Central Time to be processed for 2-day or next-day delivery. Shipping prices depend on the size of the order and the chosen shipping method. Sales Tax is charged for CA residents only. For international orders, the store ships to most countries but does not offer return shipping. International customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. After an order is shipped, a shipment confirmation email will be sent to the customer, along with the tracking information for the order. The store offers signature confirmation on all packages and assumes no further responsibility once a package is delivered. If a package is missing, lost, or stolen, the customer should contact USPS or UPS
