My Printer Shop offers free shipping on all orders over $49 in Canada and the Continental US, excluding OEM products. This option is applicable for all compatible and remanufactured ink and toner cartridges only, shipped via Canada Post Expedited Parcel or USPS with tracking. Orders under $49 and OEM products ship for only $7.95 in Canada with tracking information. Processing time can take up to 24 hours, and delivery time can range from 1-5 business days depending on the location in Canada. Orders placed over the weekends will only be processed on Monday or Tuesday. Shipping is not valid outside of Canada. Some additional charges may apply for certain items that are delivered to remote locations. Shipping to Alaska, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands and Hawaii is excluded from the free shipping offer and will cost 27.95 CAD. Once a package leaves the warehouse, the carrier becomes responsible for any unforeseen delay. When parcels are returned to the company as a result of an error in shipping, a $7.95 charge will be applied to reship the order.
