The estimated lead times are available on the individual product pages. Hot Tub Warehouse offers faster shipping options including overnight, two-day, and ground services. However, these options are only available for orders within the contiguous United States. The policy requires customers to provide a shipping address that accepts deliveries from all shipping carriers. If a customer receives a damaged item from the carrier, they must refuse the package, and report concealed damage within three business days of receiving the item. Hot Tub Warehouse also offers shipping services for hot tub covers, which include free shipping to contiguous 48 states only, and take about 2-3 weeks to be delivered. Expedited shipping orders must be placed before 12:00 PM Mountain Standard Time (MST) Monday through Friday to ship the same day. Hot Tub Warehouse also offers shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and internationally. Freight shipments require a signature upon delivery, and the customer is responsible for removing the item from the truck.
