The Shipping Policy of HopShopGo offers two delivery options for customers who wish to ship their packages from their U.S. address. The packages can be shipped home either by Standard or Express International Shipping using DHL and FedEx premium services. The shipping speeds are solely managed by HopShopGo and separate from its logistics partner's delivery speeds. The estimated delivery time is calculated one business day after payment has been made. However, shipments to China can only be through Standard Shipping and may take 8-15 business days due to customs clearance processing. Customers must also consider other factors such as repacking options, public holidays in both the U.S. and the destination country, and remote area delivery that can add 1-2 business days and 3-5 business days, respectively, to the delivery schedule. Additionally, Russia Customs restricts parcels from private individuals; hence they do not allow parcels from businesses to customers and customers to customers, unless the consignee provides a business license.
