The item(s) must be in new, unworn condition with all original tags and packaging. Shipping charges are non-refundable and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Custom orders are not eligible for return or exchange. If a defective or incorrect item is received, the customer must contact Designashirt.com within 72 hours of delivery for resolution.
